Once you fill out the Request an Estimate form, one of our sales professionals will schedule a time to visit your home and discuss your specifications. Then we will provide you with an estimate and post-construction cleaning plan that is customized for you.
A Larger Team For a Deeper Clean
When it comes to cleaning out the excessive amounts of dust and debris that can pile up during a construction or remodeling project, you’ll need a larger cleaning team for the job. After we visit and understand the scope of what you’d like done and the size of your home, we’ll devise a cleaning plan and provide your quote.
Our Remodel and Post-Construction Cleaning Service consists of all the tasks included in our Standard Cleaning Service (see below), as well as the following additional jobs:

How do I know if my house needs a deep clean?
Personal preference and budget are just a couple of the factors that can help you decide when to deep clean your space, however, keep in mind that it is a fairly common practice for people to schedule cleanings at least two times a year – the traditional Spring and Fall deep cleaning. Others opt to schedule a deep clean four times a year, or quarterly, to help keep the dust, grime, and dirt that regular cleaning doesn’t address from building up.
One-time cleanings are also great for people moving into new spaces such as new homes, apartments, offices, and more. And if you’re planning a special event or hosting out-of-town visitors, a one-time cleaning can be a great way to make sure everything is perfect for your guests!
